According to Ukrainian law, there are two reasons why you can return goods. The first is the inadequate quality of the goods. If you purchased a product with a factory defect, you can return it by Article 8 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act. A product is considered defective if:

• it is impossible to eliminate the defect;
• it takes more than two weeks to eliminate the defect;
• the defect changes the product so that it does not correspond to its description.

Defective goods are subject to return, after which you can choose a method of compensation convenient for you:

• exchange for a similar product of the same quality;
• receiving another product for the same amount as for the defective product;
• a refund for the same amount as the purchase price.

The second reason is that the product is of satisfactory quality, but you just didn't like it, or it didn't fit you in terms of color, size, etc. You have the right to return it within 14 days, subject to the following conditions:

• preservation of the complete set of goods;
• the goods are in the condition in which they were purchased;
• the goods have not been used.

When returning a quality product, it is important to understand that the law protects you and other buyers. A product you return only because of personal taste preferences may become available to another buyer. It must remain in the condition in which you received it.

This will help you reduce the time required to return the product in case of a factory defect or if you do not like it. When you receive goods by cash on delivery, familiarize yourself with them. Try them right at the branch.

According to Ukrainian leБ.gislation, we give you the right to choose the same product from another batch or product for the same amount. If you want to exchange a factory defect, we will pay for the shipping in both directions. If you exchange a quality product, you pay for the delivery.
